- Travel Documents, including valid passport. For this trip to Denmark, your passport MUST remain valid for at least six months after your planned departure date, i.e., until the end of February 2026. Your passport is required for entry, so please be sure to keep it safe during your stay. If you are not a United States citizen, please check with your consulate or your consulate’s online website for your entry and visa requirements.
- Trip Booklet with itinerary/agenda
- Credit Cards - Credit cards are widely accepted in Denmark. We highly recommend that you let your bank know you are traveling so that your funds are not declined. We also recommend you select the local currency when paying on credit card. Be sure to check with your card company first to make sure they do not charge you a fee for these foreign transactions!
- Cash - We recommend that you exchange currency before you travel, or that you exchange at the bank or airport before your arrival. Gratuities for any services you book yourself are not included and would be of your own discretion.
- Denmark uses the Danish Krone instead of the dollar. One Krone (DKK) is worth about 0.16 USD, and 1 USD=6.38 DKK.

There is no buy-in option for this event. This event is extremely exclusive and security will be closely monitored. There will be no exceptions for guests or non-qualified attendees to attend business sessions, tours, or activities.

Since there is no buy-in option for this event, you’ll need to provide transportation for anyone traveling with you who is not registered.

Yes, so long as there is availability at the hotel, you can take advantage of the negotiated rate. Please contact Zoe at zoe@adimeetings.com to request your additional hotel nights and she will check availability.
WHAT IS THE TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT AMOUNT?
WHAT IS THE TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT AMOUNT?
You will be responsible for booking your own round-trip flight(s) to Copenhagen Denmark (CPH). If you book your flights beyond the group dates, you are in charge of booking your own transportation between the airport and the resort.
Book you own flights:
- LifeWave will reimburse up to $2500 USD per qualifier and guest. If your flight value is less than this amount, you will be reimbursed based on the actual value shown on your receipt.
- Reimbursements will be processed within 30 days after the trip ends and issued via commissions. Reimbursement will only be issued to trip earners who attended the trip.

In Denmark, the month of August is usually one of the most comfortable weather-wise. Temperatures can range from the low 60s to the high 70s. There are about 15 hours of daylight this time of year. Prepare for summer weather and some rain showers.

Checked luggage restrictions vary by airline on allowable weight and number of allowable checked bags. Fees for checked baggage are at your own expense. Most airlines charge a fee per bag unless you are a frequent flyer, so check with your airline.
In your carry-on, pack your valuables and items you will need within the next 24 hours. These include (but are not limited to) your passport/government issued ID, credit cards/cash, laptop, cell phone, jewelry, glasses, contact lenses and solution (note size limits), and medication. Your checked bags will be inaccessible or may become lost during the trip.
Please use the baggage tags provided in this packet. Should you have more bags than the enclosed tags, please use another type of tag to supplement so that all bags, including carry-on, are identified with your information. The TSA.GOV website has detailed information, including travel tips and a travel checklist.
For international flights, the standard recommendation is to arrive three (3) hours prior to departure.

Airport/hotel transportation is provided on the designated arrival day, August 19th, as well as your transfer from the city of Copenhagen to the city of Odense and on the designated departure day, August 23rd.
Remember, you will be travelling from the D’Angleterre Hotel in Copenhagen to the Hotel Odeon in Odense, so you may not want to rent a vehicle. If you would like to explore the individual cities you will find that taxis are readily available, and there are Uber rides in Copenhagen

Customary gratuities have been taken care of on your behalf for all hotel and airport staff, as well as all staff involved in our functions. Gratuities for services you book yourself (tours, spa, salon services and some hotel activities) are not included and would be at your own discretion.
