Where in Phoenix is the Arizona Biltmore located?
Situated in the heart of Phoenix, the Arizona Biltmore is not only near Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), but also near the business district, Biltmore Fashion Park, Old Town Scottsdale and downtown sports arenas.
When is the registration deadline?
Please register by July 31, 2026, to reserve your spot and secure accommodations within the conference room block.
Is there a conference registration fee?
No.
Who should attend?
Dynamic Advisor Oasis is an inaugural event designed for Dynamic advisors, industry partners, Dynamic team members and invited guests.
Can I bring a spouse or plus-one?
Yes. While conference sessions, meals and event activities are reserved for registered attendees, guests can enjoy the resort’s amenities, dining, spa and other on-site experiences during their stay.
Please note: You’re welcomed to bring your plus-one to the dinner on September 24, 6:00-9:00 p.m., in the Aztec room.
Are accommodations included for Dynamic advisors?
Yes. For Dynamic advisors, conference registration includes accommodations at the Arizona Biltmore for the nights of September 23 and 24, 2026.
How do I reserve my hotel room?
Upon registration, advisors will receive an email confirmation that their room has been reserved; sponsors will receive instructions for booking their room within the conference room block.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check in is 4 p.m.; check out is 11 a.m.
What is the cancellation policy?

Can I extend my stay at the conference rate?
Yes, conference attendees may access the special Dynamic Advisor Oasis rate of $369 per night for up to three days prior and three days after the conference, subject to hotel availability. To extend your stay, contact Advisoroasis@dynamicadvisorsolutions.com
What activities does the Arizona Biltmore offer?
Championship golf, seven sparkling pools, a 65-foot “Twist” triple waterslide, The Tierra Luna Spa, fitness center and excellent restaurants, there’s something for everyone should you decide to extend your stay.
What expenses am I responsible for?
All attendees are responsible for their airfare and ground transportation to and from the conference. We suggest that you book flights well in advance.
What airport should I fly into?
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).
How far is the Arizona Biltmore from the airport?
The Arizona Biltmore is seven miles from Sky Harbor Airport, approximately 15 to 20 minutes away.
Does the hotel provide transportation to and from the airport?
No, the Arizona Biltmore does not provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. However, a variety of transportation options are available at the airport, from taxis and car rental to Waymo (Phoenix’s autonomous, 24/7 ride-hailing service). The hotel concierge can arrange transportation services to or from the airport and around town.
Is self-parking at the hotel complimentary?
Yes, complimentary self-parking is available for registered hotel guests.
What will the weather be like?
September in Phoenix typically brings sunny skies, warm days and comfortable evenings. During the conference dates, average daytime temperatures are generally in the upper 90s, with morning and evening temperatures in the mid-70s. Conference sessions and events will be held indoors in air-conditioned meeting spaces.
What should I wear?
We recommend business casual attire for conference activities and lighter clothing/resort casual for evening events.
In which ballroom will the conference take place at the Arizona Biltmore?
The conference will take place in the Gold Room, located just steps from the hotel’s main lobby.
Will there be a sponsor exhibition?
Yes, a Sponsor Showcase will take place at specific times during the conference in the Aztec Room. Please see Agenda for more information.
What meals are provided during the conference?
Meals include breakfast, lunch, refreshments and a signature dinner event.
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Yes. You will be able to provide dietary restrictions when you register and we will do our best to accommodate them.
What are the networking events?
On September 23, a Welcome Reception will take place from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Aztec Room & Patio, adjacent to the Gold Room.
On September 24, a cocktail hour and dinner will be held from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the Aztec Room.
After these events, you can continue the networking festivities at the Wright Bar inside the lobby or, weather permitting, the Spire Bar, considered the best outdoor bar in Phoenix. Both serve crafted cocktails, distinguished wines and innovative, light bites.
