AIRPORT & ARRIVAL TRANSFER INFORMATION

Upon your arrival at the Barcelona airport, you will proceed through customs and immigrations, and to baggage claim to collect your luggage. Once you have collected your bags, you will see a Nanoek Transportation representative (our transportation partners) with Touchstone Crystal signs. This representative will escort you to your transfer to the cruise terminal.

NOTE: If you have chosen to arrive to Barcelona prior to May 4th, you will meet us directly at the cruise terminal on May 4th at your scheduled arrival time. The cruise terminal address is:

The terminal number will be displayed on directional signage upon your arrival. Our ship is Allure of the Seas.

Transfers to/from the Barcelona airport are only provided by Touchstone Crystal for those arriving on May 4th and departing on May 11th. If you arrive earlier than May 4th or depart later than May 11th, your transportation between the airport and cruise terminal are at your own expense.

For flights arriving to Barcelona on May 4, you will be transported from the airport to the Port of Barcelona D’Adossat Terminal. Once you arrive to the port, proceed through security and Royal Caribbean Check-In, then, board the ship. Please note, all aboard time is by 4:00PM and the ship departs at 5:30PM. We recommend that you board the ship at your assigned boarding time (assigned during online pre-check-in). 

Join us for our Welcome Party from 5-6pm at Dazzles on Deck 8 for some light bites, music and a special surprise!

IMPORTANT: Disembarkation instructions will be delivered to your cabin, including information on tomorrow’s luggage collection and departure timing. Please be sure to read these instructions carefully so you don’t miss your transfer to the airport!

Please disembark according to the group number assigned by the ship. Once you disembark the ship, you will collect your luggage and follow the signs to the Royal Caribbean transfers to the airport.
